"The concierge was quite rude and didn’t tell us anything about the property or how anything worked didn’t even show us around the property Was late meeting us and didn’t call or apologise and when I called him he didn’t answer !!! Also called me after I had started my journey telling me I had to hire bedding and towels at a cost of €85 for my family and was told I could only pay in cash !!! Eventually this was sorted with the owner who was extremely helpful at all times!"
